1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Bloom Group Technology LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the I WILL™ application and associated websites. By using the App or signing up for the Creator Program, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Personal Information: When you create an account or sign up for the Creator Program, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and social media handles.
  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including activity logs, entries, and your use of specific features such as Circles and Challenges.
  • Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including device type, operating system, and App version.
  • Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe and RevenueCat). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
  • User Content: We store the entries, logs, and accountability records you create within the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the App and its features; improve App performance and user experience; manage subscriptions and process payments; communicate with you regarding your account, updates, and support requests; send text messages about the Creator Program (if you opted in); prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of these Terms; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Policy

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages via the Creator Program signup form or any other opt-in mechanism, the following applies:

  • Consent: By checking the SMS consent box on our signup form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from I WILL™ at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation in any program.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive messages related to the Creator Program, platform updates, challenge opportunities, and account notifications.
  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
  • Help: For help with text messaging, reply HELP to any message or contact us at hello@iwill.now.
  • Supported Carriers: Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No Sharing of Consent Data: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent information with any third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the App’s services to you); our legitimate interests (to improve the App, prevent fraud, and ensure security); and your consent, where we have obtained it explicitly. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to request deletion of your personal data.
  • Right to data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format).
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right to opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to request disclosure of the categories of personal information we have collected about you and the purposes for which it is used; request deletion of your personal information; and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). 7. Children’s Privacy

I WILL™ is not directed to children under the age of 16, and users under 13 are strictly prohibited. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has created an account or submitted personal data, we will promptly terminate the account and delete all associated information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at hello@iwill.now.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers who assist us in operating the App (such as Firebase for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and RevenueCat for subscription management). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • To protect the rights, property, and safety of the Company, our users, or the public.

9. Data Storage and Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide you with the App’s services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@iwill.now. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

11. International Data Transfers

If you access the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these jurisdictions.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App following that notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
